Earth, Wind & Fire's 6th studio album "That's the Way of the World", which was also the soundtrack for a 1975 film of the same name, peaked at number 1 in both the Billboard 200 and the top soul album charts, and the band received a Rock Music Award for the album in the category Best Rhythm and Blues Album. The album is loaded with song jewels ranging from the sweat funk of "Shining Star" to the beautiful ballad "Reasons".
